The UPS Store

I’ve been coming to this UPS store for many different services ever since moving to the area about 10 months ago. I have always found the store to be clean and the staff to be friendly. Today I had an emergency situation that required extra help and Linda and Shay went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I cannot express my gratitude to both of them! They are both the epitome of going above, and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are both an asset to this store!

I had a great experience today at this UPS store in Clermont. I walked in with a TON of paperwork that I needed to copy. I went to the counter and asked for help, and a nice woman named Rose immediately went to work. She took off staples, arranging piles, and stayed with me for 15 minutes printing everything. What a breeze, she made my life so easy! What a pleasure. I have been here many times to mail packages and have always been satisfied. Nice people, well run business

I took a picture of my items that they were packaging for me to send out and the never sent the most expensive one that was apart of the gift. I am so mad! NEVER use this store. THEIVES!!!

I would give this place a 0 if that was a possibility. They have an employee by the name of Nick who is either the owner or the owner's relative by the way he treats customers. Wow. I used them for real services such as notary and real shipping, not the Amazon free returns, but I will take my hard earned money somewhere else. I refuse to deal with Nick...

I have excellent service and attention to detail everytime I come into this location - I ship multiple times a week - Shay, Linda, Mike and Diego are the best - This Clermont location on 27 rocks!!!!
